Technical Regulations of the Customs union assume two form of approval – The Declaration of Conformity and The Certificate of Conformity. Some Technical Regulations include also State Registration Certificate .

Once one of these documents are obtained the manufacturer can put the EAC MARK on his product which guarantees successful import of the product to the territory of Customs union countries.
