Halal is an Arabic word meaning permissible.

The Halal certificate is a document that guarantees that products and services aimed at the Muslim population meet the requirements of Islamic law and, therefore, are suitable for consumption both in countries with a Muslim majority and in Western countries where a significant group of the population professes Islam (France, Germany, Great Britain, Spain).
