Communication between customers and their suppliers when facing troubles.

What is important to know to make the most productive dialogues?



It happens that relations between customer and supplier can turn into rival instead of collaborating. What are the reasons? Troubles that may arise during a project.
Failure of trust, unwillingness to take responsibility, excessive emotions cause misunderstanding meaning that communication and cooperation will be inefficient. When communication is inefficient it impedes us from solving a problem but makes it just deeper and tougher.

- Think over all possible solutions of the problem
- Discuss these solutions in a constructive way with a customer
If all these steps are done in a proper way, your discussion with a customer will be efficient and successful. It will help to save relations and develop mutually beneficial business line in the future.
