In order to determine the approval form – EAC Certificate of conformity (CoC) or EAC Declaration of conformity (DoC) – we should apply to the Product list in relation to which submission of the customs declaration shall be accompanied by submission of the document on the assessment of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the customs union "On the safety of machinery and equipment" (TR CU 010/2011).
You can refer to this list below in order to make a preliminary overview on required approval. To apply this list it is necessary to use both the product name (taking into account the remarks given in column 4) and the EAEU HS code.

b) machines and equipment used for medical purposes and used in direct contact with the patient (X-ray, diagnostic, therapeutic, orthopedic, dental, surgical equipment);
c) machines and (or) equipment specially designed for use in the field of atomic energy use;
d) wheeled vehicles, except for the machines and (or) equipment installed on them;
e) sea and river vehicles (vessels and floating facilities, including the machines and (or) equipment used on them);
f) aircrafts and spacecrafts;
g) railway rolling stock and technical facilities specially designed for use in railway transport and underground;
h) amusement rides;
i) weapons and military equipment;
j) machines and (or) equipment intended for use by persons with disabilities;
k) agricultural and forestry tractors and trailers, except for the machines and (or) equipment installed on them;
l) drilling platforms, except for machines and (or) equipment used on them;
m) machines and (or) equipment that were in operation or manufactured for their manufacturers' own needs, as well as components and spare parts for machines used for repair (maintenance) of machines and (or) equipment.
