TR CU 031 DOES NOT APPLY TO:

Tractors and trailers individually made as single units and made on individual arts basis;
Tractors and trailers issued at the unified customs territory of the Customs Union before the present Technical Regulation came into operation;
Used tractors and trailers;
Tractors and trailers that are in service or underwent repairing at the unified customs territory of the Customs Union;
