All toys (a product or material intended for the play of a child (children) under the age of 14).
The document defining the safety requirements for toys is TR CU 008/2011 "On the safety of toys".
The list of goods that are not covered by TR CU 008/2011
- Christmas decorations, artificial Christmas trees and related products;
- Collectible models, folklore or decorative dolls, not intended for children under 14 years old.
- Equipment for children's playgrounds, sports equipment (including swimming equipment and protective equipment), bicycles.
- Slot machines, pneumatic weapons, replicas of firearms, catapults and throwing devices (including projectiles).
- Puzzles containing more than 500 parts.
- Games and toys operating at rated voltage over 24 V, chargers.
- Products containing heating elements and intended for use in the educational process under the supervision of adults.
However, it is worth remembering that some of the above-mentioned products may fall under the scope of TR CU 007 / 2011 "On the safety of products intended for children and teenagers".
