We have become again a supplier of certification services for a big project in Russia. The manufacturer who supplies different products to a Russian factory is an affiliated company of a worldwide known brand.
The scope of supply is very wide that is why we made a decision to divide the project into several stages to make the process of certification fast and smooth for the customer.
The first stage includes certification of heat exchangers according to TR CU 010 and TR CU 032. Certification according to TR CU 032 implies a factory audit. We successfully organized the audit to South Africa where the production site is located.
During the audit, pressure tests were made and the quality control system was reviewed.
It was a great experience to see how such a big production facility operates.
The first stage has almost been finished and we can start the other ones which consist of certification of other products.
There are more audits have been already scheduled for the sites located in France, Sweden, Belgium.
Estimated lead time for the project is 5-6 months.
